The 2461 from Keithley is a 100V, 10A, 1000W high current SourceMeter source measure unit (SMU) instrument. It brings advanced touch, test and invent technology right to our fingertip. These new capabilities combined with Keithley"s expertise in high precision, high accuracy SMU instruments will make 2461 a "go-to instrument" for high current source and high speed measurement applications. This all in one instrument offers capabilities of precision power supply with V & I readback true current source, digital multimeter, precision electronic load, pulse generator & tr . Rapid production line testing to latest UL standards, UL 544, UL 982, UL 1026 and UL 1270 approved . Extra safety features, rugged design for ease of portability . 120VAC ±10%, 1A, 50/60Hz standard input and line wave shape . Applied test voltage from 0KV to 4KV and maximum output current of 12.6mA . Ground continuity check of three wire devices with high voltage interlock . Front panel adjustable leakage current trip from 0.3mA to 12mA . Accuracy of ±2% (applied test voltage) and ±5% (leakage current) . Automatic failure shutdown with visual and audible alarms . Recessed high voltage connections, meets UL 120Kohm requirement . Dimension is 230mm x 206mm x 210mm (W x D x H) and weight is 5.6Kg
