Wide operating supply voltage, single supply of 3V to +36V and dual supply of ±1.5V to ±18V . Wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C . Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified . Input offset voltage of 10mV (max) & low input offset current of 6nA (typ) . Low input bias current of 100nA (typ) . Wide output voltage range from VEE+0.3V to VCC-1.0V (typ) and (VCC-VEE = 30V) . High slew rate of 10V/μs(typ) . Gain band width of 4MHz (typ) . Standard op-amp pin assignments, high open loop voltage gain . Internal ESD protection circuit ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device.
