描述： The HCPL-J312-500E is a 1-channel 8-pin surface-mount Gate Drive Optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverted application. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage and current supplied make it ideally suited for directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200V/100A. It has an insulation voltage of VIORM=891V peak in the VDE 0884. . Under voltage lock-out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis . 2A Minimum peak output current . 15kV/ms Minimum common mode rejection (CMR) at VCM=1500V . 0.5V Maximum low level output voltage (VOL) . 5mA Maximum supply current . 500ns Maximum switching speeds . 1230V Maximum working insulation voltage .
